The 2025 AISES National Conference entitled “We are all Scientists” will be held in Minneapolis, Minnesota October 2-4. This is a unique, three-day event focusing on educational, professional, and workforce development for Indigenous peoples of North American and the Pacific Inslands in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) studies and careers. The conference is open to anyone who wishes to participate and learn.

The Haury Program is honored to once again be a sponsor of the event, and is excited to collaborate with other University of Arizona programs to exhibit at Booth Number #533 at the largest tribal-focused College and Career Fair. This fair features over 300 exhibitors from tribal organizations, colleges and universities, and STEM-related companies looking to recruit Indigenous talent, and is annually attended by over 3,000 attendees.

This year, the Haury Program will also provide a workshop entitled “You Decide Who Gets Funded”.

Last but not least, the Haury Program wishes to congratulate Dr. Cherie De Vore (Diné), Assistant Professor of Chemical and Environmental Engineering, for being named the 2025 AISES Most Promising Engineer/Scientist!
